Buying online your order and payment will be confirmed immediately and the artwork will be posted in maximum of 3 days, if it doesn't require special previous preparation for conditions of delivery, however Everything will be manage by a good and effective communication.

The art studio is at Blackboys, East Sussex. If you are local, I am happy to delivery the artwork you like and also give free consultancy taking few paintings if you cannot decide the best art for determinate space.

Canvas and framed artwork is posted in a padded cardboard box, while unframed watercolour pieces are posted very well wrapped and send in a reinforced, board-backed envelope.
Larger pieces such as furniture are sent via a specialist courier and fees may need to be agreed upon before purchase — in this case, please contact me using the form below expressing your interest.

For online purchase I accept returns in case a painting is not received as described.
The buyer must return the painting in the same box and conditions as delivered, and has 7 days to return after receiving the parcel. Return shipping costs are payable by the buyer.
Damaged goods in Transit:
Please check the artwork for damage before accepting or signing the delivery, and make a note of damage on the delivery record. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage contact me immediately using the form below or at firstname.lastname@example.org, as well as the shipping company for a damage inspection report.
Request the shipping company return the goods
